Test movie not working

Creating a simple animation using movie clip symbols. Press Command + Return to test movie nothing happens. It was working about 5 minutes ago. Restarted computer, reset preferences, etc....no luck. Any ideas?

      File > Publish settings > check the WCS right under the SWF > publish
