Tests works fine for hover effects but not when I try to publish the HTML (video attached)

I'm not a coder, so I ahve no idea what i"m doing but I was able to figure out how to set up this interaction in Adobe Animate, and it works just fine when I run the test. But when I publish the html and try to run it it doesn't function. Video attached.

Hi. This happens probably because "content with both Bitmaps and Buttons may generate local security errors in some browsers if run from the local file system". Meaning you might have buttons with bitmaps inside of them. So in this case you need to run your HTML and the other files from a local or online server. When you test it in Animate you don't get this error because Animate automatically setups a server for you.  Regards,JC
