Text disappears when I I go to 'test' my animate clip

Hi Everyone,

I am creating a a html5 ad and for some reason when I go to 'test' my clip the animated type disappears but still present on my timeline.
The type is set to 'static text'. It seemed to be working fine until I added a button to my last frame.

What is going on please help!

is there anything in the layer with the text other than the text?  eg, that button.

if so, move it to another layer.

It is animated through a mask?

masking animated text is usually not a problem.
