Text shifts when exporting to HTML?

I've been running into this issue  - everything is lined up how I want it in the working file but when I preview or export to HTML some of the text boxes are shifted up slightly

Why is it only happening to the text in the banner and the buttons and not the alert text?

At first I was seeing this issue with non-system fonts and thought it was something wrong with the type file itself, but here it's happening with Arial.... I've also been running into this problem in Adobe programs as well as web-based HTML banner maker (creatopy). The problem only happens with HTML—when I export to GIF/JPG/MP4 the text comes out where it's supposed to be. Any clue how to get my HTML to stop moving my text???
