Text size on top tool bar in Animate ; File edit etc is very very tiny

My Animate UI text on top tool bar is incredibly tiny I have tried preferences but no link to changing . I have tried workspace essentials from Small to essentials . I have tried reset . Nothing seems to work. We have Adobe CC and Photoshop UI text is fine
