Long time since I made a post, being more than a year. Anyways.
As you can tell from the title and summary, if you are not interested, don't want to help or hate sprite flash animations, please don't bother to reply to this topic and let it die down to page 2.
Anyway, to the Samaritans out there, I really need your help into making this.
I have seen so much awesome sprites over the years, and decided I wanted to make mine. Because I have this crazy idea storyline I just needed to produce.
I am really serious about this, I'd finished the script and planning already over. It's 23 pages LONG! (Merging the script and planning).
I have gathered enough sprite sheets, stages/backgrounds, sound effects, voices and portraits. It's the largest ever data to make a flash, larger than other sprite movies you have watched: even Proxicide's animation!
I had used Flash before, tried it about 3 times, trying to learn how it works. It was too complicated and time consuming so I never touched the program again. Now I'm back, and I'm a learner beginner and I need help.
Please help me, if you managed to help, of course your name will be in the credit.
Ok first help:
How do I change the aspect ratio of a blank Action Script 3 page? I want it to be Letterbox (The 2 black borders on screen).
Second what way is faster? Making the menu design at first and then making your movie or making the movie first and then making the menu design?
