The Pencil and Paint Brush tool keep drawing after I Lift My Pen

I am using a Huion Kamvas GT 190 in Adobe Animate 2019 (this issue happens across versions so updating doesn't help) and when ever I use the Pencil or Pain Brush tools the line continues to draw until my pen has been lifted high enough it isn't tracked. I've seen guides for people with this same issue that are using Wacom tablets, but it usually won't translate over to Huion. So, if anyone knows how to fix this I'd really appreciate it.
