The project has stopped working, cannot be saved or exported

Hello. I have a problem. My project has stopped working. I don't know how to work in Adobe animate. Every time something went wrong. I have assembled a new computer for animations, i7 processor, 32 GB RAM, Fast SSD, etc. I create a new animation, I came to a certain point and the project does not work, if I edit something, I get an error while saving. Additionally, the project does not want to be exported to mp4 movie. It doesn't chew it into Media Encoder. The project has drawn characters + imported vectors. If anyone had any knowledge, you would love it

    assuming there's no problem opening your fla, what error do you see when trying to save with new name?

     

    (eg, append _v000 to the file name).

    Everything is ok. I reinstalled Animate and it started working. I'm sorry for the trouble
