The rotating world map tutorial is missing a step?

I just worked with the world sphere tutorial and could not get it working no matter how many times I tried following the steps from start to finish. It appears there is a step missing after step 3 where you have to insert a keyframe at frame 4 before you move the map and create the tween. Once I did that, it worked as advertised.

see if there's a place to respond to that tutorial. none of the adobe forums are likely to help others that encounter the same problem.

if you can't file a contact the author link for that tutorial, report it here https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html but they'll need more info re the location of that tutorial.
