The Shortcut keys on my drawing tablet do not work on adobe animate

Question

The Shortcut keys on my drawing tablet do not work on adobe animate or flash, they probably don’t work correctly on every adobe program. On my computer yes but not on my tablet, How do i fix it?

My tablet is Xp-pen artist 22e pro

Make sure you have the right drivers. Make sure you are using the latest version of Animate and make sure youset up your short cuts in Xp-pen artist 22e pro settings section.
