The sound is unfortunately not audible

Hi,

I've created a simple video loop (Full HD) with only three levels. The first two levels contain images and the third level contains the loop wav file right from the start in frame one. The sound settings are "start" and "loop". The settings should be correct hopefully ;-), but neither when playing in Animate nor in the final video the loop is audible.

Something must be wrong, but I have no idea because I've tried different things.
