Timeline border space is unnecessarily tall.

I work on a 27" imac with a monitor and this amount of unused space is a frustrating drag.. i request to tighten up these borders.. the area above and below the frame rate is larger than the area of the UI. not a pixel pincher but thats a lot of space. does the close "x" button need that entire horizontal section?
