Timeline Changes Not Showing When Testing in a Browser

I have a simple interactive animation designed in Adobe Animate. I have made timing changes by adding frames to the tweens and then tested them. Of course, the play option works fine when playing and is useful for getting the proper timing down, but when I test the animation the timing changes do not show up when playing in a browser. I am hoping it is just in the Publish Settings but have tried all sorts of combinations in the setting to no avail.

I appreciate all input on this.
