Timeline freez in Adone Animate

Hi everyone, I'm a biggener in Adobe Animate. I would be happy if somone share his experience with me, I'm facing a really werid issue and i didn't find a simillar one like mine.

it's in Adobe animate, I'm facing a problem where Adobe Animate sometimes becomes frozen when i try exit the Timeline. Clicking outside or selecting "scene 1" doesn't respond. and i can't exit the Timeline. What other things i can do.

create a new fla

save with a version number (eg, _v000) appended to the fla name

copy all the main timeline layers from the problematic fla to the new fla

test

 

if that works, save with an increased (eg, _v001) version number.  as you work, periodically resave with increasing version number.
