Timeline stuttering on Keyframes

My Animate timeline is stuttering for a second or so on every Keyframe regardless of whether it is blank or not. I noticed on the AE community forum that the same problem is happening to iMac users and that it has been identified as a bug. Any suggestions, solutions appreciated.  I am using an iMac with the following specs:

3GHz 6 core intel core 16 processor
  24 GB 2667 MHzDDR4 memory
  Radeon Pro 570x 4 GB graphics

    That is a bug. Make sure you get the latest version 20.0.3. They fixed that bug.

    Thanks - I do have the latest version. The file has been sent to Adobe for investigation.
