To Adobe Inc.
Why are there no company employees assigned to members?
They help members with their inquiries and problems
Instead of waiting for a long time and there is no response ???

I have a job to hand over and I searched and searched for several days?
Why can't I find a quick response to my inquiry or problem from the company’s employees here to make it easier for us ??

Members are appointed to help and problems are resolved quickly, within hours, for example
Because these are simple and easy problems for those who designed the program
The members are here
They might be busy and excused if they can't answer us
