Toolbar automatically selected

Question

Hello, i have a very frustrating bug on animate CC. My toolbar is automaticaly selected when I work. For example, if i select a symbol using the mouse on the screen, and then click on the arrow keys to move that symbol, it dosen't work. Instead, it moves a selction between de toolbar windows,tabs. So for example, insted of moving my selection to the right, in the toolbar, it will go from "File" to "Edit"

Anyone knows what can i do ?

Yes, the reset was succesfull. I have all sort of custom keyboard shortcuts, i rest it to the default shortcuts and i still have the bug

I believe this is a Windows Ink bug. Another user had a problem like this sometime ago.

Go to Edit > Preferences > Drawing and switch the pen tablet input to Wintab as a workaround.

reset your preferences:

1.assign (if none now exist) a custom keyboard shortcut:

2.reset your preferences* (you should not give up on this until you've tried several times)

3.confirm you were successful by checking your keyboard shortcut was reset

if it's not, return to step 2

if it is reset, check if the problem is resolved

* press and hold Control+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Animate.
