Touchscreen not working in Chrome browser

My eng not very well sorry.
In Windows Chrome browser, "createjs.Touch.enable(stage)" touch not working, my Animate project was working in touch monitors or laptops, after new update in chrome browser it is not working anymore. Didn't the createjs library fix this? How to fix this problem?
