Transformation tool: Bug when moving the center point

Bug: When you select the transformation tool to manipulate a graph, you can move the center point. I keep having trouble selecting that center point. It only works about half the time. Is there a workaround?

Thanks for your feedback! I'm running Windows 11 and Animate 24.0.12. Since no one else seems to be having this issue, I've continued testing, and it appears the problem mainly occurs when I use the Cintiq. It works better with a mouse. There might be a slight lag. I'll test it further.
