Hi guys

Quick question does animate do transitions between frames?

    Hi.

     

    Like in a slideshow? If so, yeah, Animate can do it, but you'll have to create everything manually using the drawing tools, tweens, color effects, filters, and so on.

    can I open an animation file in premiere?

    You'll have to export your animation as a video or PNG sequence.

     

    But you can import FLA and SWF files into After Effects.
