Translation Contrain not working

Hey,
So, I'm fairly new to the program so I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug or I am doing something wrong. I created an armature of a character and set the shoulders bones so that they can move in the x-axis as well.

However, I wanted this movement to be constrained and did the logical thing, add a constraint. But when I move the arm in any direction the bone will move left indefinitely. Why could this be happening?

Hi mate,

Since you're new to Animate, just an advice which does not answer to your specific question: Do not use bones and armature.

The way they are implemented will give you endless frustration and minimal results, if any.

Instead focus your time and efforts on the classic tween workflow which is what the industry has always used for TV-series, games and web stuff.

It is what I ended up using after seeing many complain about the armature. Kind of sad that it works so badly.
Thanks for the advice!
