Transparent background for Animate Html5 canvass file

Hi

Im trying to make the stage on my file transparent so that I can import into a PDF with a background texture. All the solutions I have found tell me to change settings which I cannoy find in any of the dialogue boxes eg window mode in Publish settings. Any suggestions?
