Trouble downloading free animate trail

Can any one help I'm trying to download the adobe animate free trial onto a new laptop google chrome book.  So I get to the point where it says click for a download link to be sent to email address.  I do this an email gets sent with a link, I click the link and end up back at the point where it says click to download a link to your email - ahhhhh what am I doing wrong!!!
