Trouble exporting from Animate 2024 to AME 2025

Converting to mp4. It worked until it didn't. Everything's been updated to latest versions. Can't get it to work for anything. From researching to try and find fixes, it looks like this has historically been an issue. I need something that works. If it's not going to, then I need to find something else. Can anyone help with either a fix or an alternative?

Also, related: Does Adobe even have customer service? I'm not a professional. Just trying to make teaching materials. I don't have the time or mental energy to deal with this level of frustration for something that I was hoping would help. Thank you in advance.
