Trouble getting animate to play

Been working on my cartoon for a while, gave it three scenes, maybe too much content/ drawings? Either way, for some reason, the play button won't work and when I test my cartoon in any format, it won't play at all. Thanks for your time for reading this, please answer as soon as you can.

    Are you using an earlier version of CC? IF so there was a bit where they allowed you to change it right there on the timeline and I used to change it by accident a lot until I asked them to lock that by default. If you 'can' upgrade' I suggest you do so!

    Try the return or enter key on your keyboard. Does it play then?

    Turns out somehow my FPS was turned down to 0.01. Figuring out how that happened is a problem, but not a big one as long as everything else is working. Thanks for all your help!
