Trying to update animate

Hello. I'm using the Adobe creative cloud app version 6.5.0.348 on my M3 MacBook Pro on Sequoia 15.3.2. I'm trying to update Adobe animate to version 24.0.8. It tries to update but every time it gets to 2% the update fails. I repaired creative cloud already and restarted my MacBook Pro yet the update still fails at 2%. How do I successfully update Adobe animate with creative cloud?
