Tutor Needed for Flash to Animate Conversion

Hi - i need to hire a remote tutor who can walk me thru my photo website conversions from Flash to Animate for universal access via phones & tablets as well as computers. Have numerous bitmap heavy sites & we would convert one that is representative so i can learn the basic coding required. Tutor needs to be familiar with early versions of Flash as sites have not been updated for over a dozen years. Last version of Flash used for output was CS5 but coding was for much earlier versions of player.
