tweening properties of multiple movie clips

My problem is that all of these movieclips are acting as one massive movieclip. when you rollover any one of them, they all change their alpha property. what do i need to change in this code to make each clip work independently with onRollover and onRollout? I want to be able to rollover any one of them and just have that particular movieclip react.
