Unable to create an APK from Adobe Animate

I have been using Animate/Flash for like 20 years. In the past 5-6 years I developed and published several apps for Android.

This is the first time in my whole life that I can't publish my apk from Adobe Animate.

I have Adobe Animate installed, I have Adobe Air SDK version 33 (but also tried with 32), I have completed all the information about the app, generate the certificate, tried different options (device version, deploy, intel, arm, etc). Nothing works.

How can I publish the apk file from Adobe Air? I don't know what else to do.
