Unable to download tutorial assets

Hey everyone!

I am trying to work with the Animate tutorial here https://helpx.adobe.com/animate/how-to/create-2d-animation.html?playlist=/services/playlist.helpx/products:SG_ANIMATE/learn-path:get-started/set-header:ccx-designer/playlist:orientation/en_us.json&ref=helpx.adobe.com

When I try to download the assets for the tutorial, I get a screen saying the assets are unavailable. Anyone have a work around?
