unable to export my my files without it crashing * currption issues

i am unable to export mt work and not only that alot of my files are no un openable and ive lost a ton of work 

 i know my nameing scheme is a bit weird but i was feeling super furestrated. i have a 2 tb drive that i save my work on. theirs still loads of memoery left on the drive

create a new directory on your desktop

save your fla in that directory with a new name. eg, colouring_stage_v001.fla

 

if that fails, reset your preferences:

 

1.assign (if none now exist) a custom keyboard shortcut:

2.reset your preferences* (you should not give up on this until you've tried several times)

3.confirm you were successful by checking your keyboard shortcut was reset

 

if it's not, return to step 2

if it is reset, check if the problem is resolved

 

* press and hold Control+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Animate.

    thank you very much non of these are working in opening my files. do you know why this is happening? or anyother suggestions

    did you reset your preferences and confirm they were reset?
