Hi All ,

I am facing this issue in animate : - Something wrong happened.Please try relunching animate again/Unable to load library item "Video /MP4 Video.

Please help me out of this issue.

I have been getting the same message. Did you find a work around?

When I took the mp4 out and opened it, the file opened. I tried to upload the mp4. It crashed and gave me the same warning. I then renamed the mp4 something shorter. It didn't crash, however it has yet to upload the file. I've gotten the spinning wheel for about 30 mins.

give the video a new (shorter) name, eg test1.mp4 and save it to the same directory as your fla. then test.
