Unable to play a frame

Okay so I'm using Flash CS4. Whenever I make a button go to a frame that has a tween in it, it will not read it.  When I take the tween out and not have the frame have any animation then it is fine. Can anyone tell by looking at my screen shot what I'm doing wrong?

Basically, when I hit my "about" button and "services" button it will play the frames. But my "home" button with the tween on it will not go to the frame at all when I click on it.

attached to your "home" frame place:

trace("home");

and in your home() function body place:

trace("go home");
