unable to publish on iPhone X

trying to publish an app created by animate on ipad and iphone.

the publish on ipad ok, howeve the iphone publishing gets error (attached)

i tried to remove the iphone and assign it agasin but no results.

thr iphone is recognized when trying to publish.(see attached)
