unable to start animate 2022 nor 2023, I can open only 2020

Hi guys I am unable to start animate 2022 and 2023, I can start only 2020

I have a lot of installed adobe software on my computer at the moment (photoshop, illustrator, indesign, after effect, premiere, dreamviwer) and I never ever have any problems with the instalation or with working in the mentioned softwares, except Animate. 

I really tried almost everything to start working but just failing on me.

I working on a desktop computer.

 

I tried to uninstall the 2020, that I have only 22 or 23 but not working

    Check if you have the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages and if not, install the latest version:

      In addition to Kglad, I noticed you're on windows. Does your system meet the latest requirements?

        loom was too intrusive for me to use.

         

        but if you can't start animate (and especially if it's more than one version), reset your preferences.

         

        1. define a custom keyboard shortcut if you have nothing customized now

        2. uninstall both animate versions including preferences for both per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

        3. reinstall one of the animates

        4. confirm the preferences were reset.

          could you tell me where is located the prefereneces on 2022 and 2023 because I was able to find only the 2020 in c:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Adobe\ and c:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Animate\

          You mean to define a keyboard shortcut on 2020 am I right, because the other versions I cant open?
