Unable to transfer assets to CC libraries.

I am using Animate CC 2018 on iMac 10.13.6. I have created a color library inside CC libraries. When I try to transfer a new foreground color into the color library inside CC libnraries, I get the message 'Add entire animation'. The message I shoud see is 'Add foreground color'.

Can anyone help with this problem?
