Unable to use Adobe Animate

i am unable to use Adobe animate it is saying that Sorry animate has encounteed an error and needs to close. The reference of the error code is given 102. Please can anyone help me regarding this of how can i use animating without having errors.

Based on your screenshot, that looks like a Windows machine - make sure your OS and hardware meet Animate's minimum system requirements and as Kglad mentioned, install using the Creative Cloud app. At this point, I would uninstall and install again after a reboot.

what's your os?

did animate install without problem, or is that what you're trying (install) to do?

did you use (are or you using) the cc desktop app to install animate?

My OS is Windows 10
Animate installed without any problems
yeah i am using the creative cloud desktop app for installing aminate
