Unhandled securityError: text=Error #2170: Security sandbox violation

Hi,

I am getting the below mentioned error while calling a restfull API from a different server. Whereas "crossdomain.xml" content wild-card character(*).

"Error #2044: Unhandled securityError:. text=Error #2170: Security sandbox violation: http://localhost/API_Test/Flash_API.swf cannot send HTTP headers to http://APIServerName/API/districts/ABC"

Klindly help me to resovled this problem.
