Uninstalled adobe animate and changed the install location on creative cloud to a different location, but for some reason when I try and reinstall it always installs in both the old and new location.

I uninstalled adobe animate and deleted all the associated files off my personal one drive because it was taking up too much space, then I went into adobe creative cloud and changed the install location to my new one drive. But for some reason every time I try and install animate now, it installs in both locations. This is starting to get really frustrating, does anyone know how to fix this?
