Unknown error

Hi I'm a student and I just started using animate but every time I try to save I get a unknown error message and it try's to quit the app with out saving. I've tried resetting preferences and I can't uninstall and reinstall the app. Is there any way to fix it.

Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Animate 20.02.

did you install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs?

I am not the one who installed it the computer I am using is a school computer and I don't have access to the cc app because my account has a administrator controlling it

let the admin know so they can troubleshoot the problem.  generally, an "unknown" (to adobe) error message means there's an installation problem or a corruption of the installed program.
