User Control

I was just wondering whether someone could tell me how I can publish my flash sites, so that viewers are not allowed to control-clicking and get the list of options like Play, rewind, etc.. etc... I noticed on alot of sites when you control click it gives you just 2 options: 'Settings' and 'about Macromedia Flash'. Thats what I'd like to be able to do. Can anyone help?
