User interaction with 3D object.

Hi,

I wanna make 3D animation for medical education and is currently looking for the right software.

I want to make animation that users can interact with. Lets say a free flowting rubiks cube that is solving it self and the user can rotate it along all 3 axis. Can I do this in Flash?
