Using Animate for drag and drop

Hi all,

I need to create some multimedia language acquisition modules for teaching foreign languages.

I was thinking I could have a list of words (each would be a symbol of some sort) that could be drag and dropped to their designated spot (e.g. tree could be dropped on an image of a tree or the word tree in another language). The successful completion of this drag-and-drop would then play the sound of the word.

I am sure this could have been done in actionscript, although I never attempted it myself.

Any ideas on how to do this in javascript, or where I could find a code snippet?

many thanks,

George Hatsidimitris.
