vector text very low res and blotchy when export to video

Question

Hi,I feel lik this worked at one point but now I can't get clean images to save my life. I can easily get clean export from .swf, but I need to get this to .mp4. Something changed. See screenshots attached. the clean one is the .swf preview and the blotchy one is a resulting mp4 if I export to video. I'm using Quicktime as the codec, and default for the highest resolution output. Looks terrible and it was not always this way. Any workarounds or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, your first screenshot is 4936 x 3016 px and your second one is 999 x 570 px, which is closer to the Render size specified in your export settings (1200x 675). That's a fairly low video resolution for such a small text.

Try increasing the Render size to get a higher resolution output.
