Ventura and Animate Lagging

Question

I think after the MacOS Venture 13 update it's slowed down or is incompatible with Animate. I checked my specs and clean install the entire thing and it's still insanely laggy?

I just updated a week ago (so, a few months after the release of Venura) and I can confirm Animate has slowed down terribly. Brushes make jaggy lines, entering symbols in edit mode takes a second or more each time, and so on.

It's so slow even dialogue messages don't simply appear and disappear but fade in and out.

If Adobe doesn't come out with a Ventura-compatible Animate I'll have to dowgrade to Monterey again.
