Very long loading time for add\remove frames in Animate

Ever since Adobe changed the interface for Animate, when I add\remove frames it take 5-12 seconds to load.
I tried to update it, but the problem remains.
This has a huge effect on the work flow.
Is there a solution for this problem?

Are you experiencing this of 5-10s delay in all the files or just a specific file.

If you are experiencing with specific file, can you please share the FLA with a short screen recording of the issue?
