Video always bad quality when uploaded?

hi

for some reason every time I upload my animated projects on YouTube especially the video quality is always bad and blurry. I convert all my files on swivel. For some reason when viewing it alone on my pc the quality is good but when uploaded is where things get ugly. the Quality is always so bad and blurry you litterally can’t see the little fine details as they are all blurred out. What’s wrong? My internet connection is all good. my pc is brand new and very powerful.

    Is Swivel the SWF to video converter that you are using? If the video appears correctly in Adobe Animate but doesn't in Youtube, I suspect that something in Swivel is causing that. Can you try using another converter to see if that helps?
