Video component won't play.

I placed a video component but it won't play the video. The screen shot shows that I have placed a video and the source is from youtube.

When I open in a browser I get "Unhandled Promise Rejection: EncodingError: Decoding failed" in the console. Tried googling with no luck.

    upload your files to a file server and retest.  if that fails, youtube doesn't want you playing their videos in your app.  they want you to link to their video so they can make $.
