Video Export wrong!

I recently got Adobe Animate 2023, but when i export the animation as a video, it plays a black screen with some glitch. I tried, uninstalling and installing it, i downloaded a different version and tried exporting other files but nothing works 😞

Usually what works for me is export as a .mov file and I take that movie file into median coder and then export as a .MP4

Hi Kglad, thnk you for your answer! i'm exporting an mp4 file, actually y tried exporting other formats but nothing works 😞

create a new desktop directory

create a new fla and save it to that directory

make sure your publishing setting are default or, at least, publish to that same desktop directory

in animate click file > export > media/video
