Video lags when i preview it ( and one more issue )

So when i play the video it lags a lot, ive done the animation as said in the video i watched on how to make an animation and in the video the guy's preview wasnt lagging but mine was lagging too much.

Also when i go to " Publish settings " On " Publish " It is supposed to show Flash ( SWF ) but it doesnt , am i supposed to download something or what?

    If you are making an animation that is just going to be video, it's better to use the ActionScript 3 FLA type. If you use HTML5 Canvas you will miss some abilities (some filters for example, and also synchronized sound), and it's likely to perform worse.

    The other person may have been using a faster computer than you. The export to video will play well though, even if previewing is slower.
